The firm is targeting 50 million users in its first year and 1 billion by 2028. “If Zerodha democratised equities, we are democratising homes,” said Raj Chaudhary, Director – Global Expansion. Analysts say if adopted by states, the platform could become a new-age NSE for real estate.
